Hi, I’m Yen Man — a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the heart behind Mindful Transformative8.

For over a decade, I’ve supported professionals who are outwardly successful yet quietly struggling with anxiety, burnout, and the weight of unhealed patterns. Many of my clients are driven, creative, and caring — but often find themselves stuck in cycles of overthinking, people-pleasing, and self-doubt that keep them from feeling truly free.
